Celebrity Guests for 2010

Hooked on a Cure has touched the hearts of many, including the celebrity anglers that participate in the event each year. Most of these celebrities have been participating since the beginning, and some plan their entire schedule around one week each summer when they get to help raise money for St. Jude’s. Although some of their expenses are covered, the celebrities are never paid to attend, and many take time away from their careers and other obligations to support Hooked on a Cure. They feel strongly about finding a cure for childhood cancer, and enjoy sharing time on the water with other compassionate anglers from every part of the US. Most of them will tell you that they don’t like to be referred to as celebrities, but each of them has built a solid reputation, and are well respected by their friends and peers.
