The Hooked on a Cure Celebrity Fly Fishing Classic

Includes named mention in all collateral marketing associated with Hooked on a Cure, including but not limited to:

• all printed promotional materials – e.g.; brochures, flyers, posters, direct mail via Orvis Travel, commemorative program
• all television, radio and printed media coverage – e.g.; featured episodes on Versus, ESPN, Outdoor Channel, Fly Rod and Reel, American Angler, Fly Fisherman, Orvis News, regional newspaper and local coverage
• all e-commerce marketing – e.g.; Hooked on a Cure website with links to your company website, Orvis website, St. Jude website, and links on other sponsor/supporter/celebrity guest websites, inclusion in Hooked on a Cure email blasts
• Company name and/or logo on participant keepsake hats
• Also includes first right of refusal on four (4) participant slots, confirmed by 4/1/2010, with custom Company name on a new Orvis Helios fly rod for your participants

Presenting Sponsor – $ 50,000
Includes named mention in specified collateral marketing associated with Hooked on a Cure, including but not limited to:

• printed promotional materials – brochures, flyers, posters, commemorative program
• printed media coverage – e.g.; Fly Rod and Reel, American Angler, Fly Fisherman, Orvis News
• e-commerce marketing – e.g.; Hooked on a Cure website with links to your company website, Orvis website, St. Jude website, and Hooked on a Cure email blasts
• Also includes first right of refusal on two (2) participant slots, confirmed by 4/1/2010

Supporting Sponsor – $20,000
Includes named mention in specified collateral marketing associated with Hooked on a Cure, including but not limited to:

• printed promotional materials – commemorative program
• e-commerce marketing – Hooked on a Cure website, with links to your company website

Keepers Club – $1,000
Our Keepers directly help offset the many costs associated with producing an annual event like Hooked on a Cure, so that more of our proceeds go directly to the Hospital. Annual membership entitles member to attend all functions during Hooked on a Cure, and provides keepsake framed certificate and decal.
